Is the BIG EASY the highest MTB ride in New Zealand?

The competitive option of the BIG EASY MTB event is the big ‘NOT so EASY’, It starts at 1400m then climbs up to the top of Mt. Pisa at 1900m. Does this make it the highest MTB ride in New Zealand? Finishing at 300m, does this make it the biggest descent in the country also?  We welcome your feedback.
