Teams will be able to change runners at these dedicated positions:
Start to Freeway (on lake) (1.2 km from start)
Freeway (on lake) to bay past Aurum (2.2 km from the last change point). 1 and 2 can be combined to make one 3.4 km run.
Bay past Aurum to 45th Parallel (3 km from last change point.)
45th Parallel to Footbridge at Pisa Moorings (2.4 km from the last change point)
Footbridge at Pisa Moorings to Turnaround and back (3.5 km from the last change point)
Footbridge at Pisa to 45th Parallel (2.4 km from the last change point)
45th Parallel to Bay past Aurum (3 km from last change point)
Bay past Aurum to Freeway (on lake) (2.2 km from last change point) 8 and 9 can be combined to make one 3.4 km run
Freeway (on lake) to Finish (1.2 km from last change point)
