Refund Policy for Highland Events (except for Northburn100 & Arrowtown Backyard Ultra)

80% refund for withdrawal from a Highland Events ‘event’ prior to 8am 2 weeks before race day. There are no refunds within the 2 weeks before an event, however 50% of your entry fee can be transferable to the next year’s event up to the week before the event. If you pull out during the week before the event or on the event day - we do not refund or transfer as all costs have been paid.

Highland Events Ltd reserves the right to amend the policy in the case of event cancellation or postponement due to a situation beyond Highland Events Ltd’s control.
